For over four months after my father died, my sister/co-executor disputed many things about the settlement of my father's will. Many of her arguments were not even relevant to my father's will, which was very straightforward. She took a totally unreasonable position and would not agree to the statement of attorney accounts which I had prepared as a power of attorney. Therefore, I retained Dagmara [Wozniak] to help resolve this matter. She was very professional and effective. She advised that my position was fair and reasonable and she vigorously defended my position against my sister's lawyer. She kept me apprised of all actions and communications throughout the process. These are a few personal thoughts of my perspective from working with Jim Mays. I was injured when a driver turned left in front of me.
