It will never happen to me. How many times have I said that over the years... well I was wrong. It did happen to me. I was involved in an MVA that I had no fault in, and I was lucky to live through. Unfortunately I did get injured. I didn't know what, where or whom to turn to. My sister recommended contacting a lawyer. I followed her advice and contacted the law firm of Siskinds - specifically Emily Foreman. This turned out to be one of the smartest calls I have ever made.
