In particular, Michael has developed three areas of expertise: Firstly, advising direct selling companies expanding into Canada. Secondly, guiding clients through privacy and cybersecurity matters. Thirdly, helping individuals start, buy, and sell companies. Michael is committed to giving effective advice to local, national, and international businesses in English, Spanish, French, and German.

About
As a key member of the Siskinds M&A, Technology, and Direct Selling law groups, Michael brings with him a wide range of international, and national experience. From advising clients on expanding their direct selling business to Canada, to helping clients with their cyber and privacy legislative responsibilities, Michael’s main focus remains steadfast: delivering client satisfaction and peace of mind.
Before joining Siskinds, Michael honed his skills at a Big Four firm in Frankfurt Germany as a foreign associate. In his spare time, he enjoys playing 5 minute blitz chess, pick-up hockey, and reading anything from the Financial Times, to Rabbie Burns.
