Jay is an associate at Siskinds. He has a commercial practice that includes franchise law, technology law, and privacy law. He has published on franchise law in the Canadian Business Law Journal.
Jay joined Siskinds after articling at a large public sector organization in Toronto, where he gained experience in contract procurement and in privacy law matters such as MFIPPA and GDPR compliance.
At law school, Jay was an editor of the Canadian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence and a research assistant at the Canada-United States Law Institute. He received the Canadian Bar Association Atrium Award for his written work on construction contracts.
