About
Claude is one of the founding partners of our affiliated office in Quebec, Siskinds Desmeules.
Claude graduated from the faculty of law of Laval University where he obtained an LL.B. in 1990. He was called to the bar in 1991.
He practices mainly in the areas of professional liability and class actions.
Claude has been selected on many occasions on the list of Best Lawyers in Canada for class action litigation and was a member of the Quebec Bar committee on class actions until 2011. He has also spoken at several conferences in the areas of professional liability and class actions.
Claude supports the cause of homeless animals. He contributes and volunteers in a cat shelter, Adoption Chats Sans Abris, to give a second chance to abandoned cats.
He is also an experienced tennis player, junior champion of Québec in singles & doubles (1985), in addition to being a member of the Canadian junior tennis team (1985 and 1986).
