About

Paul is a partner in Siskinds’ civil litigation group. With over 30 years of practice, Paul has appeared before all Ontario courts as well as the Federal Court of Canada, many provincial tribunals, and various regulatory and licensing boards. His multifaceted practice is focused on representing and advising institutions, municipalities and business owners, as well as enforcing and protecting individuals’ rights under service, employment and insurance contracts, as property owners, as victims of abuse and other wrongs, and as individuals with entitlements under trusts, wills and estates. He also deals with negligence, property damage and economic loss claims, and represents parties appearing before regulatory and professional licensing boards.

In each and every case, Paul’s primary goal is to listen and understand his clients’ needs and objectives, and to then partner and work with his clients to determine the most practical, expeditious and cost-effective means of achieving those objectives.

Paul’s kids are grown and his soccer coaching and chauffeuring days are over. Now, when Paul is not in the office, with clients, or in court, he can be found volunteering for causes that are important to him including eldercare and access to justice, being entertained by his grandchildren, sampling wine (purely for medicinal purposes) and hiking, paddling and exploring his way around Ontario.
