- About Daniel
Daniel provides a calm and compassionate approach to advocacy. As a proud father and husband, he understands how difficult it can be when unexpected events impose themselves on a family. He works hard to reduce that burden imposed on clients, whether through advocacy in Court, working with treatment providers, or being available to address client concerns.
He has trial experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He obtained top marks in several courses in law school including statutory interpretation and administrative law, among others. Daniel was fortunate in law school to graduate as a member of the Dean’s List and with several awards and distinctions, including the Dean Ivan C. Rand Award.

“The hallmarks of a great lawyer are the ability to get to the essential issues in dispute as efficiently as possible; determination to not only earn the respect of your clients and colleagues, but your adversaries too; and in your actions to always, always put ethics and integrity before money. I believe you cannot call yourself a successful lawyer unless you strive every day for these things and achieve some measure of each.”
