About
Daniel provides a calm and compassionate approach to advocacy. As a proud father and husband, he understands how difficult it can be when unexpected events impose themselves on a family. He works hard to reduce that burden imposed on clients, whether through advocacy in Court, working with treatment providers, or being available to address client concerns.
He has trial experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He obtained top marks in several courses in law school including statutory interpretation and administrative law, among others. Daniel was fortunate in law school to graduate as a member of the Dean’s List and with several awards and distinctions, including the Dean Ivan C. Rand Award.
