Incorporations & Reorganizations
Often our initial engagement is to assist the business owner with the incorporation of a company to carry on his or her business. This will include organizing the company with appropriate shares, by-laws and resolutions. In addition, there may be a need for a shareholders agreement if there is more than one shareholder. Thereafter, there will be annual minutes/resolutions to be prepared in consultation with the accounting advisors. We assist thousands of companies to maintain their corporate records and to comply with their ongoing legal requirements.
As the business continues to grow and mature, there may also be a need to re-organize the corporate structure to address business planning, estate planning and succession planning. We work closely with the accounting advisors to create the necessary documentation and agreements to implement all recommended planning measures.
