About Louis

Louis relocated from New York City and brings years of experience in health care law.  He is currently licensed in Ontario, New York State, and the Southern and Eastern Federal District Courts of New York.

Louis obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University in 2001 and his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Touro Law School in 2005.  While in law school, Louis was a member of the Touro Law Review, Dean’s List, and received academic awards from the American Bar Association, CALI, and Touro Law School for his studies in Employment and Labour Law.

Louis enjoys teaching and public speaking.  In law school, he was a teaching assistant for The Federal Rules of Evidence course and a research assistant in the area of constitutional law. He carried on this passion in his practise and often mentors Articling Students, Summer Students and Associate Lawyers.  He is an avid speaker on various topics in health and personal injury law at local, national, and international medical and legal conferences. He is often a guest speaker at various hospitals, clinics, and other health-related organizations.

Louis enjoys traveling and is an avid skier and equestrian.
