About

Natalie is an associate in the commercial litigation group at Siskinds LLP. Natalie’s practice includes construction law, real estate disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, dispute resolution, and advising clients on the enforcement of contractual rights. Natalie also practices in the area of defamation, where she pursues claims and defends clients in the areas of libel and slander law.

Having spent over 7 years as a criminal prosecutor prior to joining Siskinds LLP, Natalie has extensive litigation experience. Whether arguing an appeal or addressing a jury, Natalie is known and respected for her command of the courtroom, where she brings skill, compassion, and knowledge to each of her cases. Always prepared and ready for the tough fight, Natalie is an experienced negotiator and will work toward the best resolution for her clients.

Natalie has given lectures at Western Law in the area of the law of evidence, and has presented at the Osgoode PD Intensive Court on Search Warrant Drafting.

While pursuing her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, Natalie was the recipient of multiple awards including the Norton Rose Canada Scholarship, the David Sabbath Course Prize in Contract Law, and the McDougall Watson Memorial Award for her work at the student-run law clinic. Prior to her law degree, Natalie graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A., Honours with Distinction) in Political Science and Philosophy.

Natalie completed her articles and spent both summers in law school with the Ministry of the Attorney General at the Crown Attorney’s Office, where she began her career before joining the commercial litigation group at Siskinds LLP.

Being born and raised in London, Natalie is proud to call it her home. Natalie has been a mentor with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of London & Area since 2017, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of London Bridge Child Care services. Natalie is a voracious reader, an amateur baker, and is always in search of the next great latte. Natalie spends her leisure time with her young family and practicing yoga.
