About

Terra’s developing practice includes appearing before the Ontario Land Tribunal and Superior Court of Justice to represent individuals and groups in environmental and municipal/planning matters. Terra obtained her J.D. from the University of Windsor, where she held positions as Lead Editor for the Canadian Bar Review and Editor-in-Chief for the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues. Terra was also a research and teaching assistant for multiple professors. After completing her articles at Siskinds, Terra obtained her LL.M. at the University of California, Los Angeles with a specialization in Public Interest Law and Policy, which included work in food law and policy. Terra has experience in both Ontario and California working with legal teams on cases related to administrative law, business law, environmental and planning law, municipal law, and food law.

Terra remains connected to the community through gardening, fermentation, and cycling.
