About
Nadine C. Russell is an associate lawyer practicing in the family law group at Siskinds LLP. Her practice encompasses all areas of family law including property division, support issues, custody and access, as well as preparing marriage contracts and separation agreements.
The bulk of Nadine's work revolves around the breakdown of a relationship. Nadine's goal is to protect and advance her clients' interests and achieve a reasonable, favourable outcome in every case. This can often be achieved through the negotiation of a Separation Agreement, which is the most cost-effective process for separated parties. In some circumstances, however, parties are unable to resolve their differences. In these cases, Nadine is prepared to attend court and litigate to advance her clients' interests.
Family law can be an emotional area of law. Nadine is known to her clients as being straight-forward and practical with her legal advice, while at the same time being sensitive to the needs and concerns of her clients.
Nadine is from Essex, Ontario, a small town outside of Windsor. She graduated with distinction from the University of Windsor with an Honours B.A. in Psychology & Criminology. Nadine then went on to complete her legal studies on the west coast of Canada, obtaining an LL.B. from the University of Victoria. Prior to joining Siskinds for her articling year, Nadine worked during law school with the B.C. provincial government, assisting in the management of a contract with a private sector service provider. She also spent one summer working at a boutique law firm in Victoria which specialized in tax law.
Client Testimonials
...by far, the best attorney I've ever had.
Nadine is by far, the best attorney I've ever had. I've been battling my ex in court for 6 years off and on now between 3 separate cases. This last case I decided to retain Nadine through Siskinds Law Firm and I am so thankful I did. Not only does she work hard to get you the results you want, she is excellent at replying to any enquiry you have. Emails are answered within the hour and she is always there to reassure you and walk you through the process of this highly stressful time. We ended up with everything we wanted and the case was settled right before trial with a settlement. - Anonymous
I am so glad I had Nadine in my corner.
Nadine made this process as clear and quick as possible. I have come out with my head held high and so far ahead, emotionally and of course financially.
I am so glad I had Nadine in my corner. I thanked her many many times and she always reassured me she was doing her job. She does her job and then some. Above and beyond with care and warmth and compassion.
Nadine was awesome on the phone, by e-mail and in person. I completely trusted her and felt her in my corner many many times.
I had the best experience possible for a challenging situation.
