About
Laura McFalls is an associate in our real estate and municipal/planning and regulatory law practice groups.
Laura takes a practical, solutions-first approach and is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive the best outcome possible. In her practice, Laura advises clients on a wide range of matters, including residential transactions, commercial transactions, planning expropriations, leasing, easements, adverse possession and land development. Laura regularly drafts a wide range of agreements associated with land development.
Laura obtained both her Bachelor of Science in genetics and biochemistry and her Juris Doctor from Western University, graduating with Distinction in 2018 and 2021 respectively. During Law School, Laura volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada's Wills and Estates Project. For her work, she received the Chief Justice Richard Wagner Award for promoting Access to Justice. She then summered and articled at Siskinds before being called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2022.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys pottery, reading and trying to keep her houseplants alive.
