Cole Vegso is an associate lawyer of Siskinds LLP in their Commercial Litigation Law group. Cole’s practice includes advising clients on corporate and commercial disputes, creditor/ debtor rights and enforcement procedures, franchise disputes, contract disputes and shareholder disputes. Cole has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court and administrative tribunals.
Cole graduated with Distinction from the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences at the University of Guelph in 2010. He earned a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law in 2013, where he received a Dean of Law Entrance Scholarship. During law school, Cole was actively involved in mooting competitions, the legal clinic and working as a research assistant where he focused on commercial law.
Cole completed his articles with Siskinds and was called to the Bar in 2014.
When not in the office or Court, Cole enjoys various physical activities, reading and being outdoors.
Cole received his B.A. (with distinction) in 2010 from Guelph University and his J.D. in 2013 from the University of Western Ontario

Client representation before the Superior Court of Justice, various administrative tribunals, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Practice experience relating to all stages of litigation, including trial work. While in law school, active involvement in mooting competitions and intensive business related academic research.
