I’ve been meaning to note my agreement with the Economist lead article on learning to live with climate change. As a world population, we had an opportunity to prevent the worst of the impacts of climate change. Since we threw that opportunity away, we must now learn to live with the changes that are coming quickly. In addition to the obvious imperatives of ramping up energy conservation and efficiency,  infrastructure, migration, and food are critical  areas that are likely to be affected soon, and hard.

Is it a sign of success, or of failure, that climate change is accepted by the mainstream financial press, but not by middle America?
