Mediation is a mechanism whereby parties that are adverse in interest have agreed to come to the table with their issues and participate in a negotiated resolution supervised by a third party mediator. The success of mediation will depend, in large part, on the desire of the parties to reach a resolution.
Parties may choose to participate in mediation or they may be obligated to mediate disputes by contract. Mediation is also a mandatory step in court proceedings in some jurisdictions.

A successful Mediation requires the mutual desire of both parties to reach a resolution. A properly qualified mediator can often provide assistance to adverse parties in resolving disputes.

We have had a high level of success in participating in, and resolving disputes through the mediation process.

Maciek [Piekosz] was extremely professional and explained every step of my process. The office staff were very efficient also. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

As the COO of a midsize company I contacted Siskinds with regards to an intricate and somewhat challenging H.R. issue, and we were directed to Christopher Sinal. Upon review of this complex situation, his in depth knowledge of H.R. law allowed us to construct a clear and strategic plan. Phone calls and email enquiries were dealt with efficiently and timely. Chris displayed his competency and confidence in our final negotiations to bring closure to the case. We appreciate his preparedness and professionalism in representing our firm. - B.D.

Maciek [Piekosz] has been a great help and very accommodating since day one. He relays information in an understandable and clear manner. All correspondence with both him as well as other Siskinds personnel has been nothing but smooth and attentive. Thank you. - M.D.
