Mediation is a mechanism whereby parties that are adverse in interest have agreed to come to the table with their issues and participate in a negotiated resolution supervised by a third party mediator. The success of mediation will depend, in large part, on the desire of the parties to reach a resolution.
Parties may choose to participate in mediation or they may be obligated to mediate disputes by contract. Mediation is also a mandatory step in court proceedings in some jurisdictions.

A successful Mediation requires the mutual desire of both parties to reach a resolution. A properly qualified mediator can often provide assistance to adverse parties in resolving disputes.

We have had a high level of success in participating in, and resolving disputes through the mediation process.
