Mediation is a mechanism whereby parties that are adverse in interest have agreed to come to the table with their issues and participate in a negotiated resolution supervised by a third party mediator. The success of mediation will depend, in large part, on the desire of the parties to reach a resolution.
Parties may choose to participate in mediation or they may be obligated to mediate disputes by contract. Mediation is also a mandatory step in court proceedings in some jurisdictions.

A successful Mediation requires the mutual desire of both parties to reach a resolution. A properly qualified mediator can often provide assistance to adverse parties in resolving disputes.

We have had a high level of success in participating in, and resolving disputes through the mediation process.

I had the pleasure of working with Anna Szczurko for my case over the last few years. Anna has been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, and an amazing advocate. Anna really took the time to get to know me, and my situation, and executed it with professional grace. I really appreciated Anna’s down to earth demeanour as well- I was new to the legal process, and she helped make things less intimidating. I would definitely consult with Anna again, should I require her legal services in the future! - R.L.

Thank you! Thank you, Andrea [Cooley]. With this settled, I feel like 1000 lbs have been lifted from my shoulders. Thank you for everything. I am so grateful to Andrea for her help. - M.F.

Angela [Belair] and Elena [Ashford] helped me through the immigration process and made the whole application very straight forward. They also had time to answer any questions I had and were very quick to reply. – G.S.
