Mediation is a mechanism whereby parties that are adverse in interest have agreed to come to the table with their issues and participate in a negotiated resolution supervised by a third party mediator. The success of mediation will depend, in large part, on the desire of the parties to reach a resolution.
Parties may choose to participate in mediation or they may be obligated to mediate disputes by contract. Mediation is also a mandatory step in court proceedings in some jurisdictions.

A successful Mediation requires the mutual desire of both parties to reach a resolution. A properly qualified mediator can often provide assistance to adverse parties in resolving disputes.

We have had a high level of success in participating in, and resolving disputes through the mediation process.

Siskinds is by far the best law firm in London. I contacted them concerning an estate matter. John Morrissey and his assistant Reenya Koshaba, were there every step of the way. They were detail orientated and I was kept up to date throughout. Most importantly though, he effectively solved our problem. John's performance (and team) was above and beyond expectation. I couldn't have asked for more. - M.D.

I have been a client of Siskinds LLP for a few years now. Liam [Ledgerwood] and his team have been instrumental in providing me with expert legal guidance and strategic planning for my business. They’re very responsible, honest and knowledgeable people who’ll provide you with first class service. - M.K.

Really great experience through a very difficult situation. Anna [Szczurko] and her team were amazing. Very thorough, diligent and supportive every step of the way. Thank you all so very much. - S.D.
