Bullen & Leake & Jacob’s is a well-known legal text providing subject matter-specific guidance and precedents for litigators. It features chapters authored by many of Canada’s top litigators in a range of legal fields. We are pleased to announce that this is the first time it has featured a chapter on environmental law. The chapter provides practitioners with a broad understanding of the foundations of environmental claims and defences in quasi-criminal, civil, and administrative proceedings as well as numerous precedents for use in such proceedings.
