Students in Siskinds’ Toronto office are focused on working with the firm’s plaintiff class action team, which has been ranked as a top-tier Canadian firm by independent legal review organizations. Within Toronto, the team consists of 9 lawyers working on a broad range of class action matters. The small team fosters a collaborative environment where students can undertake real responsibility and cultivate their skills as advocates.

Summer students can expect to become deeply involved in the firm’s class action files and take on a key role in investigating new cases. Students obtain work directly from lawyers and are encouraged to seek out work in their areas of interest.

Siskinds is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment process. Please view the page, In Our Firm, for more information about initiatives related to equity, diversity, and inclusion. If you are a person with a disability and require accommodation to successfully submit an application, please contact us to submit your accommodation request.

Siskinds’ summer law student program runs from the end of May to mid-August (12 weeks). The Toronto office will traditionally hire 1 to 2 summer students. Thank you for your interest in Siskinds LLP, our 2024 Toronto summer student positions have been filled.
