Dianne spoke to an attentive audience at the Ontario Bar Association’s Annual Institute on the ten top environmental civil cases of 2011 (and the first part of 2012). The cases cover class actions, nuisance, negligence, trespass, Rylands, insurance, and municipal law issues. Of course, there are always more cases that could have been added, such as Curactive and MacQueen, but regular readers of this blog have already heard about those.
