It’s important to remember that there is no right or wrong way—no one-size-fits-all approach—to cope with sexual abuse. What is important is that victims find the support they need in order to recover from the trauma they have experienced.

If you are a victim of sexual abuse or assault, please know that you are not alone. There are people who care about you and want to help. Below is information about resources available to survivors of sexual abuse.
