Trustees, executors, attorneys for property and guardians are required to keep proper accounts and may be required to pass them before the Court. This involves preparing and presenting a detailed record of the trustee’s dealings with the estate funds to satisfy the beneficiaries that there were no improper actions, or simply to provide more detail on how funds were spent. Our estates team can assist with all aspects of estate account from drafting the application to appearing in court.
Maciek [Piekosz] was extremely professional and explained every step of my process. The office staff were very efficient also. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.
As the COO of a midsize company I contacted Siskinds with regards to an intricate and somewhat challenging H.R. issue, and we were directed to Christopher Sinal. Upon review of this complex situation, his in depth knowledge of H.R. law allowed us to construct a clear and strategic plan. Phone calls and email enquiries were dealt with efficiently and timely. Chris displayed his competency and confidence in our final negotiations to bring closure to the case. We appreciate his preparedness and professionalism in representing our firm. - B.D.
