Please Note: We do not assist with finding a job in Canada. We provide legal services after you secure a job offer from a Canadian employer.

Some countries have an agreement with Canada that allows individuals to apply for an International Experience Class (IEC) work permit. Our team will assist you to determine whether you qualify for an IEC work permit and answer your questions about the work permit application process. If you are eligible, we can assist you to apply for a work permit.

Depending on which country you are from, you can choose from several pools of travel and work experiences:

  • Working Holiday: if you wish to come to Canada in order to travel and you wish to work in Canada to fund your travel, you may be eligible for an open work permit. If granted, you will be able to work for any employer and at most jobs in Canada.
  • Young Professionals: if you have a job offer from a Canadian employer, you may be eligible for an employer-specific work permit.
  • International Co-op (Internship): if you are a student registered at a post-secondary institution and you have a job placement or internship in Canada, you may be eligible for an employer-specific work permit.
