Last night, Siskinds LLP class actions partner, Jill McCartney, was featured on CTV News regarding the surgical stapler class actions against Covidien and Johnson & Johnson.
Surgical staplers are medical devices used for surgeries including, bowel resections, colorectal cancer surgeries, and bariatric surgeries.
