The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) announced the appointment of Daniel Bach, a class actions partner at Siskinds LLP, to the independent Investor Advisory Panel for a two-year term.
With a legal practice focused on complex securities and consumer-related class actions, and having previously chaired the Advocates Society’s Securities Litigation Practice group, Daniel brings a wealth of experience to the panel. His extensive background positions him well to help support investors in the regulatory process, offering valuable insights and guidance.
