Congratulations to Siskinds LLP family law partner, Marie Tukara, on being recognized as this year’s recipient of the Middlesex Law Association Award for Distinguished Service – an award which recognizes exceptional career contributions and achievements by MLA members to the legal profession and community.
For many years, in addition to her busy practice, Marie has been the Family Responsibility Office’s primary and senior agent for London and Area. She freely gives her time to the community, formerly as a board member with Madame Vanier Services, and since 2015 as a Dispute Resolution Officer hearing case conferences on motions to change at family court. She also gives her time freely to help co-chair the DRO Implementation Committee since 2017. We are honoured to have Marie as part of the firm and proud to see her hard work and dedication acknowledged in this manner.
Awards will be presented during the upcoming 194th Fall Opening of the Courts Ceremony on September 15.
