Victoria Stephenson

Victoria joined the firm in 2025 as an associate in the Commercial Litigation group, following her summer and articling terms with the firm.

She earned both her Bachelor of Arts (2021) and Juris Doctor (2024) from Western University and was called to the bar in 2025. During law school, Victoria was an engaged member of the Western Law community, with a particular passion for mooting. Her advocacy skills were recognized through several awards, including Top Oralist in the BLG/Cavaluzzo Labour Law Moot, Best Defendant Factum in the Winkler Class Actions Moot, and Top Overall Contract in the 2024 Harrison Pensa Contract Drafting Competition. She also served as President of Western Law Foodies, a student club dedicated to celebrating local cuisine and supporting small businesses.

Victoria brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to litigation, with a strong focus on clear communication and client service. She approaches each file with energy, precision, and a collaborative mindset, working to deliver practical solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her cat Percy, browsing used bookstores - Attic Books in London is a current favourite - and discovering new restaurants.
