Serge Anissimoff is an intellectual property lawyer. His work is concerned with the preparation and filing of patent, trademark, design, and copyright applications and related matters in the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and the United States Patent Trademark Office.

He also represents clients involved in Intellectual Property Litigation in the Federal Court, Trial and Appeal Divisions, and the Ontario Court of Justice. His professional exposure to industrial fields includes farm machinery, automotive and industrial batteries, engine compressor blades, pipeline and drilling, glass and packaging, pharmaceutical, herbicides, and biotechnology as those sectors related both to his specialized field and generally as they relate to the commercial endeavors of manufacture, distribution and sale of products and services.
