Caleb Medeiros

Caleb is an associate practising primarily in insurance defence litigation. He has experience handling a broad range of disputes involving property damage, automobile coverage, professional liability, accident benefits, subrogation, and priority disputes. Caleb has also represented clients before the Licence Appeal Tribunal in accident benefits disputes. He has successfully represented clients at several Ontario Small Claims Court trials, including matters involving automobile coverage and allegations of misrepresentation. Caleb approaches each file with a practical and client-focused mindset, emphasizing responsive communication, efficient file management, and strategic advocacy tailored to each client’s objectives.

In addition to his insurance defence practice, Caleb represents municipalities in litigation involving highway maintenance and repair, occupiers’ liability, property damage, and personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and roadway winter maintenance matters. He also has experience defending negligence claims brought against municipal officials and police service boards.

Outside of his practice, Caleb enjoys long-distance running, exploring and mixing cocktails, and following the Toronto Maple Leafs. In his spare time, he also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.
