The Uponor class action relates to allegations that the Defendants, Uponor Ltd. and Uponor Inc., designed, marketed, and sold Plasco Plumb-PEX Plumbing Systems containing ASTM standard F1807 brass insert fittings and stainless steel clamps that may leak and cause damage to property.

A settlement has been reached with Uponor that resolves the litigation. This settlement has concluded and all claims have been paid.
