This action related to allegations that Pretium Resource Inc., also known as Pretivm (“Pretium”), and certain of its directors and senior officers released certain public disclosures regarding the status of a bulk sample program at its Brucejack that contained material misrepresentation during the period between July 23, 2013 and October 21, 2013.
Developments
Siskinds LLP is no longer prosecuting the action titled Tahzibi v Pretium Resources Inc., et al. (Court File No.: CV-13-492094-00CP). On August 17, 2016, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted a discontinuance of the action. A copy of the discontinuance order can be viewed here.
