This week, the Ontario Environmental Industry Association released a report on the severe economic damage Ontario suffers from red tape and delays relating to environmental approvals.
In response, the Ontario Ministry of Environment proudly announced that their approvals backlog has dropped 60%, despite an increase in applications.
