Kerry McGladdery Dent is an associate lawyer in our Class Actions department. Since being called to the Bar in 2011, Kerry has practiced exclusively in plaintiff-side price-fixing and consumer protection class actions, which promote a fair and competitive marketplace.
Kerry’s current work focuses largely on class action litigation relating to international cartels in the auto parts industry, which have resulted in the largest antitrust fines in history. However, she has also been involved in other ground-breaking class actions, including those relating to price-fixing in the LCD and Air Cargo industries.
Kerry joined Siskinds in 2011 after spending her articling year as a Judicial Research Clerk for the Superior Court of Justice in London, Ontario.
As a committed member of the London community, Kerry played an integral role in the unification of Sexual Assault Centre London and Women’s Community House. She currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Anova, the new unified successor organization.

"Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. said, 'A mind stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions.' I believe the same is true of the practice of law and especially our class actions practice. We will continue to challenge the boundaries of the law to expand the avenues to justice for our clients and those who follow them."
