Arlene’s practice includes representing and advising individual and corporate clients, estate trustees and public sector interests (predominantly municipal) in more complicated real estate matters.
She is involved in subdivision and development approval processes for residential, commercial, recreational, industrial and agricultural lands. She has experience assisting and advising clients on their rights and responsibilities when there are competing interests in land, including shared ownership, easements, leases and other real property rights.
Arlene advises clients on Estate planning and administrative matters generally, and brings experience where Estate and Real Estate matters overlap.
