Client Testimonials

Compassionate and pragmatic
Paul Morrissey is my hero! He navigated my case by steering me towards negotiations in lieu of the court system! I have never met such a compassionate and pragmatic lawyer with a stellar team around him! Not only do I highly respect him but I also recommend him for any legal matter! - M.H.

A calm and informed manner
I was referred to Paul Morrissey at Siskinds from a friend, who is also a lawyer. Frankly, I was nervous going to such a large law firm but Mr. Morrissey has a calm and informed manner that put me at ease. Paul and his team were always available to me, which was important to me. I knew where we were in the process. Paul walked me through the process of filing a claim against my LTD insurance company. He set my expectations, especially how long this process would take. My file had many complex medical reports and correspondence that were expertly managed by his team. In the end, Paul's advice and counsel eased the anxiety of mediation and I was more than pleased with the outcome. - L.H.

Obtained a better result than we could imagine
Paul (Morrissey) helped us with a serious legal matter that had the potential to be life-changing in a negative way. Paul and his assistant managed large volumes of data, were sensitive to psychological trauma, always communicated clearly, and kept us informed at all times. Paul worked with opposing counsel in a professional, cooperative but assertive manner. We felt like we had an ally for the very 1st time. His hard work, legal knowledge and tenacity paid off. He obtained a better result than we could imagine. We would highly recommend him and we can't thank him enough for his help. - D.L.
