Our Team
The China Law Group is led by Glenn Matthews and Barry Cleaver, both partners with the firm with a collective 45 years of legal experience. In China, Dacheng Law Firm senior partner, Mr. Zhen He leads our Chinese legal team. Mr. He is based in Beijing and specializes in the provision of Chinese business legal advice to foreign corporations.
Messrs. Cleaver and Matthews recently met with China's Ministry of Finance and Commerce (MOFCOM) representatives to discuss Canadian-Chinese trade issues and business expansions into both jurisdictions.
