In 2011, Siskinds LLP and Siskinds Desmeules filed proposed class actions in Ontario and Québec against Armtec Infrastructure Inc. (TSX: ARF) (“Armtec”). Also named as defendants were certain officers and directors of Armtec, and certain underwriters in an Armtec share offering conducted pursuant to a prospectus dated April 6, 2011.

In February 2014, the parties to the Ontario and Québec actions reached an agreement to settle the actions for the amount of $12.9 million. You can obtain further informtion relating to the settlement at www.armtecclassaction.com. 

The settlement has now concluded and all approved claims have been paid.
