Those involved in a motor vehicle collision should seek legal advice as soon as possible to ensure compliance with legal limitation periods, as well as to protect procedural advantage and safeguard the right to seek compensation. With respect to timelines, for example, the Insurance Act requires that an at-fault driver be given proper notice within 120 days of the date the accident happened.

We do not charge a fee for initial consultations and will visit you at home, in the hospital, or any other location convenient for you and your family.

We also do not require a monetary retainer for motor vehicle collision litigation matters. Fees are based on a number of factors, including the complexity of the matter, the amount of time spent advancing a client’s case, the amount of money involved and the stage at which a case is resolved.
