Products liability involves cases of defective product design, improper manufacturing, inadequate warnings, and injuries and other damages resulting from those defects.

We have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in these types of cases, which have included breast implants, TMJ implants, diet drugs, plastic venting for mid efficiency furnaces, fireplace design and improper pricing of consumer products.

Currently, we are pursuing cases involving numerous drug and medical device cases, along with cases involving construction materials.
