Wade was born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta, but left the West to pursue his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree at the University of Western Ontario. Wade also obtained his law degree from UWO and has been a full-time London resident ever since.
As a Partner at the Firm, Wade practices commercial litigation with a focus on construction law. He understands the urgency of responding promptly to disputes arising during the construction process from the tendering phase through to substantial completion and beyond.
Wade has represented owners, contractors, suppliers and other construction professionals in pre-tender, tender and construction phase disputes. Wade also acts as counsel and assists smaller law firms that require construction law representation and has developed a strong reputation for obtaining results and preserving the solicitor-client relationship of the referring law firm.
He also has extensive experience in a broad range of contractual and commercial disputes, including oppression remedy and injunction applications. Wade has developed a reputation as a creative and resourceful litigator who focuses on achieving results for clients. Wade has successfully appeared before various courts and tribunals including the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court, Federal Court and the Court of Appeal.
Wade practices in Construction Law, Debt Collection, Shareholder Disputes, Intellectual Property Disputes, Enforcement of Foreign Judgments and Commercial Lease Disputes.
