Taimi Olivia Williamson

Taimi's practice consists of working with start-up franchise systems to develop and build their brand, and assist existing franchise systems in refining their organization and expansion. She focuses on cross-border franchising, handling the movement of Canadian franchise systems to the United States, and vice versa. Proficient in Spanish, Taimi also has the ability to work with clients operating in Mexico, and Central and South America.

Taimi has been a member of our Franchise Licensing and Distribution Law Group since completion of her articles with us in 2004 and has practiced exclusively in this area. Taimi was called to the bar in 2004 and prior to that completed her LL.B. at the University of Western Ontario (2003) with a concentration in the areas of Taxation and Business Law.
