Simon practices at our affiliate office Siskinds, Desmeules in Québec City. He received his LLB from Laval University in 1988 and was called to the Québec Bar in 1990.

The main focus of his practice is on class action. He speaks to professionnal groups about legal issues that pertain to multijurisdictional class actions. He also lectured  at l’École du Barreau de Québec .

Away from the law, Simon is a Primary Reserve officer of the Canadian Army,  with the rank of brigadier-general. He also serves in various corporation and foundation, as secretary. Between 2010 and 2012, he was the president of the board of the Québec Garisson Club.
