Serge Kalloghlian is a lawyer in the Toronto office of Siskinds LLP with a focus on class proceedings.  Serge has acted for plaintiffs in a wide range of matters including product liability, medical device, human rights, and securities class actions.  Serge’s practice is currently focused on representing investors in securities class actions and other shareholder rights litigation.

Prior to joining Siskinds, Serge completed his articles in the Toronto office of a national full-service firm, and later worked as an associate at a class action boutique.  Serge was counsel to the class in the prosecution and settlement of St. John’s v. Steers et al, an action alleging breaches of fiduciary duties and Human Rights Code violations.

Serge received his Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Toronto and his LLB from Queen’s University. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
