Scott Ritchie Q.C.

Scott was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1967 and received his education at the University of Western Ontario (H.B.A. 62) and Osgoode Hall (LL.B. 65). He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1984. 

Scott was awarded with the Middlesex Law Association’s Distinguished Service Award on November 17th, 2011 which recognized his exceptional career and contributions to the legal profession in Middlesex County and significant law-related benefit to the residents of Middlesex County. 

Scott has been named to the Best Lawyers in Canada list since 2006 for Malpractice Law, Personal Injury Litigation, Insurance Law, Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Class Action Litigation and Product Liability Litigation. In 2008 and 2012 he was named to the Lexpert/ALM Directory for leading 500 Lawyers in Canada. In 2012, he was also named in Best Lawyers as Class Action Litigation Lawyer of the Year for London/Windsor.

He joined Siskinds in 1969 and has been a partner since 1971.
