Sabrina Lombardi

Sabrina completed her LL.B. at the University of Windsor in 2005. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Sabrina graduated in 2001 from the University of Western Ontario with a combined Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Film Studies. She was also the recipient of a Gold Medal, awarded for highest academic standing in her program at the undergraduate level.
Sabrina first joined Siskinds in 1999 as a student with the Class Actions group. She completed her articles with Siskinds and was admitted to the Bar in 2006 and has been an associate with the Class Actions group ever since.
Sabrina's practice focuses primarily on products liability litigation. In addition to her practice, Sabrina has also been a contributing author of the Siskinds Class Action NetLetter, published by Lexis/Nexis and has written on a number of topics germane to class action practice.

    Co-counsel to plaintiffs alleging Vioxx caused an increased risk of suffering cardiovascular events.
  • Oxycontin Litigation
    Co-counsel to plaintiffs alleging the manufacturers of Oxycontin knew or ought to have known that ingesting Oxycontin leads to drug dependency and addiction.
  • Sydney Tar Ponds Litigation
    Co-counsel to plaintiffs in ongoing litigation on behalf of certain residents of Sydney, Nova Scotia alleging property damage and health effects, resulting from industrial pollution in the city over a 100 year period.
  • GracoTurboBooster Child Safety Seat Litigation
    Counsel to plaintiffs alleging that Graco TurboBooster child safety seats, manufactured between 2002 and 2008, contain a defect and risk to safety.
