Ross was admitted into the Ontario Bar in 1987. Ross was educated at the University of Western Ontario where he received his B.A in 1982 and his L.L.B in 1985. In 1985, Ross received the National Achievement Award (Government of the Province of Ontario) in recognition of distinguished performance in amateur sport. In addition, Ross was inducted into the University of Western Ontario Sports Hall of Fame and the North Bay Sports Hall of Fame

Ross is an experienced Corporate-Commercial and Real Estate lawyer. He represents financial institutions, individuals and corporations in commercial lending, real estate and commercial leasing matters. Ross has many years of experience in business acquisitions and divestitures and demonstrates corporate commercial leadership in business acquisitions and negotiating contracts for clients.
