Paul Knill

Paul was born in Brantford, ON and attended Pauline Johnson High School before proceeding to University studies in Kitchener Waterloo and London. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario Law School and became a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1975. Paul was a member of the Western Mustang Football Team which won the Canadian College Bowl Championship. Prior to commencing practice, Paul played professional football with the Calgary Stampeders.

As a Partner at Siskinds, Paul has served in a number of leadership positions. He has been a Practice Group Leader, a member of the Firm's Executive Committee and was elected by the Partnership to the position of Managing Partner. Paul has been a Law Society Lecturer, an Adjunct Professor at Western University Law School, and a Trustee of the Middlesex Law Association. At the request of the Mayor of London, Paul was a member of a delegation of community leaders that travelled to China to successfully establish a Sister-City relationship with Nanjing, China.

Paul has contributed his leadership skills to the community through his participation with Big Brothers, Scouts Canada and by coaching Youth Hockey & Baseball teams. He, together with his spouse, Mary Lynne, serves on council of his Church. Paul actively supports United Way and has served on its Campaign Cabinet. Paul is an active member of Rotary and is Vice President of his Club.

Paul's hobbies include golf, travel and a wide variety of outdoor activities. He is interested in environmental conservation and is a member of a number of associations that support and promote wildlife conservation and habitat recovery. He is also a charter member of London Garrison Community Council.
