Paul Strickland

Paul was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1980 and received his education at the University of Western Ontario (LL.B. '78). Paul is a partner at Siskinds.

Paul is a member of our General Litigation group. With over 25 years of experience, Paul is recognized throughout south western Ontario as an aggressive litigator capable of finding solutions to complex legal problems.

Paul also specializes in advising and providing practical solutions for individuals with special-needs and their families. He has intimate knowledge of the unique care requirements and paramount necessity of both immediate and long-term solutions for individuals with special-needs, regardless of socio-economic background.

Paul's expertise in this area includes addressing long-term needs by way of wills, trusts, and estate planning. His expertise also includes addressing immediate needs by way of innovative legal solutions, inclusive of present-day usage of Henson trusts.
