Nick obtained a J.D., with honors, from Bond University, Australia, in 2007 and a B. Bus (Int. Bus.) from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia, in 2003. Nick was admitted as a lawyer in the State of Queensland in 2009 and called to the bar of the Province of Ontario in 2011.
Prior to moving from Australia to Canada and joining Siskinds, Nick articled at one of the largest specialist planning, environment and native title law practices in Queensland. Nick worked extensively in relation to land rights issues in the various levels of the Queensland Courts. Nick is an associate in the Class Actions and Securities groups.
