Michael is a Partner with Siskinds' Class Actions Department in London. He acts primarily for plaintiffs in class proceedings involving securities and investment fraud, product liability, and environmental contamination. He also has expertise in general corporate, commercial and securities litigation, administrative law, and professional negligence. He has appeared as counsel in the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Michael received his B.A. (with distinction) in 1997 from McGill University and his LL.B magna cum laude in 2000 from the University of Ottawa. He was called to the Bar in 2002.
