Linda is an associate in Siskinds' Class Action Department. Linda's practice is largely focused on anti-competitive activity, but she also has experience in a variety of substantive areas of law, including product liability and securities. In addition, Linda is a contributing author of the Siskinds Class Action NetLetter published by Lexis/Nexis and has written on a number of topics relating to class action practice. Linda joined Siskinds in 2007 after practicing Commercial Litigation in the Toronto office of a large national firm.
Linda obtained her LL.B in 2005 from the University of Western Ontario where she received the Dean of Law Entrance Scholarship and graduated with distinction and a number of academic awards. She completed one semester at The Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. Prior to attending law school, Linda obtained her Honours Business Administration (H.B.A.), with a Minor in Psychology, from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she graduated with honours.
Linda is a member of the Board of Directors for the London International Children's Festival. She is also an avid runner and has competed in half-marathons.
